I have more than enough heart, which gives my fuel for positive change a direction to aim. I love new cultures, new people, and the stories that come with them, which is basically why I do this job in the first place.

When I'm not deep in a co-design workshop, I'm painting murals, training Muay Thai, or falling down a biology rabbit hole. I'm connected to my Greek/ Italian heritage, and proud to be human in every sense of the word.
